Planet of the Apes is an American media franchise comprising eight films, two television series, and various comic books, novels, toys and a video game. The series began with the 1968 science fiction film Planet of the Apes, which was based on the 1963 French novel La Planète des Singes by Pierre Boulle. We’re gonna have more fun than a barrel of monkeys talking about everything from the movies and T.V. show to toys and cartoon.
